Matahari Department Store seeks a skilled Draftsperson to translate 3D concepts into precise 2D CAD drawings for retail interiors. You will prepare comprehensive drawing packages, ensuring accuracy, adherence to design intent, and fit-out standards.

You’ll coordinate with the design team and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines. You will work on multiple store projects in Tangerang area, contributing to tender, construction, renovation, and new openings, with strong attention to detail

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant interior/retail/architectural fit-out experience.
• Experience in retail/department store interiors preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; ability to read 3D designs and technical drawings.
• Understanding of interior construction, materials, shopfront and fit-out details.
• Able to produce accurate, clear, buildable drawings; detail-oriented and systematic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work under tight schedules.
• Willing to be placed at Karawaci, Tangerang.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Technical Design Coordinator in translating approved 3D concepts into accurate 2D CAD drawings.
• Prepare and develop technical drawing packages: master drawings, civil/architectural working drawings, shopfront, floor plan, ceiling plan, elevations, and sections.
• Ensure drawings follow design intent, dimensions, materials, standards, and site conditions.
• Revise drawings based on comments from coordinators and site conditions.
• Support drawings for tender, construction, renovation, and store openings.
• Coordinate drawing information with related teams for clarification.
• Maintain drawing files, revisions, and standards; complete drawings per schedule.
• Handle drawing assignments for multiple retail projects simultaneously.

Assist the Technical Design Coordinator in translating approved 3D design concepts into accurate 2D CAD / technical drawings.

Prepare and develop technical drawing packages, including: Master Drawing, Civil / architectural working drawings, Shopfront drawings, Floor plan, ceiling plan, elevations and sections, Construction and interior details, Fixture and installation details.

Ensure drawings are prepared according to the approved design intent, dimensions, materials, technical standards, and site conditions.

Revise and update drawings based on comments from the Coordinator, Design team, Project team, or site conditions.

Support the preparation of drawings required for tender, construction, renovation, and store opening.

Coordinate drawing information with the Technical Design Coordinator and related teams when clarification is required.

Maintain proper drawing files, revisions, documentation, and drawing standards.

Complete assigned drawings according to the agreed schedule and project priorities.

Able to handle drawing assignments for multiple retail projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior, retail, architectural, or fit-out projects.

Experience in retail, fashion retail, department store, or commercial interior projects is preferred.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

Able to read and understand 3D design, floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.

Good understanding of interior construction, civil works, materials, shopfront, and fit-out details.

Able to produce accurate, clear, and buildable technical drawings.

Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to maintain drawing accuracy.

Able to work under tight schedules and multiple project deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D software is an advantage.

Willing to be placed at Karawaci, Tangerang
