Altha Consulting is seeking a Director to build and lead its Strategy & Transformation practice, owning the client agenda, the pipeline, and the team that delivers it. You will advise Boards and C-suites on decisions shaping their future.

You will own the practice offerings, pipeline, and revenue growth, and lead a team of managers and consultants to deliver strategic mandates across corporate strategy and transformation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of consulting experience at Associate Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent.
• Originated and closed consulting engagements, not only delivered.
• Hold relevant professional certifications.
• Bring established client relationships you can build on.
• Desire to build something of your own within a firm that backs you.

You'll advise Boards and C-suites of clients on the decisions that shape their future.

• The practice: its offerings, pipeline, and revenue growth
• Client relationships from origination through commercial close
• Strategic mandates spanning corporate strategy and long-term plans (RJPP), business transformation, feasibility studies, and value creation programs
• A team of Managers and consultants you shape and lead

You're likely a fit if you

• Have 10+ years of experience in consulting, currently as an Associate Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent
• Have originated and closed consulting work, not only delivered it
• Hold relevant professional certifications
• Bring client relationships you can build on
