Job summary

English 1 (JOGLOSEMAR Group) is seeking a Center Academic Supervisor to support the Center Director in achieving academic goals, oversee curriculum delivery, and ensure high teaching standards across programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and TEFL certification, strong communication and people-development skills, and experience teaching young learners while managing academic processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and TEFL certification (120 hours).
• Experience teaching young learners and managing academic processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and people-development skills.
• Ability to observe, coach, and develop teachers for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in achieving academic goals.
• Oversee curriculum delivery and maintain consistent teaching standards across programs.
• Monitor student progress and academic outcomes, ensuring a strong end-to-end student experience.
• Lead clear cross-team communication (academics, sales, service) to maintain alignment and operational excellence.
• Coordinate timetables, activities, and events to meet KPI targets (utility, capacity, group size).
• Train, observe, coach, and develop teachers to uphold standards and ensure continuous improvement.
