Job summary

English 1 Palu is seeking a Director of Studies (DoS) to join our team in Palu. You will work with the Center Director to support academic goals, develop teachers, and ensure smooth academic operations.

Your responsibilities include guiding teachers, coordinating schedules, leading training, conducting induction and performance reviews, and supporting student placement. You will also collaborate with Sales and Service teams to align programmes with market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of English teaching experience.
• Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or academic coordination is a plus.
• Indonesian Citizen.
• Willing to relocate to Palu.

Responsibilities

• Support the academic goals and KPIs of the centre.
