Job summary

Palu-based institution is seeking a Director of Studies (DoS) to lead academic activities and mentor teachers, reporting to the Centre Director. The role focuses on achieving academic KPIs, developing staff, and ensuring smooth operations at the centre in Palu.

The DoS will supervise teacher training, class scheduling, student placement, and coordination with Sales and Service teams to align academic and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of English teaching experience.
• Experience teaching learners aged 3-18.
• Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or academic coordination is a plus.
• Indonesian Citizen.
