• Coordinate sales, marketing, and revenue management with property teams to improve pricing, channels, and demand generation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, customer segments, and results to identify growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and commercial performance across the hotel portfolio.
• Lead commercial planning, including sales targets, marketing budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance monitoring in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee sales performance and business development across properties, building strategic partnerships and expanding opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and MICE segments.
• Direct brand positioning, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market competitiveness.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, and revenue management initiatives with property-level teams to improve pricing strategies, distribution channels, demand generation, and revenue performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, customer segments, and commercial results to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
• Lead and develop corporate and property-level commercial teams, establish performance indicators, and ensure accountability for portfolio-wide sales and marketing results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, including significant leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in corporate or multi-property hotel operations, with a strong understanding of portfolio-wide commercial strategy and property-level performance.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, business development, revenue management, distribution channels, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results.
