Techconnect.id is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead the organization's audit function, providing independent assurance on risk management, governance, and internal control effectiveness.

Responsibilities include developing annual, risk-based audit plans, directing audit teams, reporting findings to senior management and the Audit Committee, and ensuring compliance with regulations while designing anti-fraud controls and coordinating with external auditors.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual, risk-based internal audit plans and budgets.
• Lead financial, operational, compliance, and performance audits to assess control effectiveness.
• Report findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Evaluate company-wide risks and identify exposures with mitigation recommendations.
• Mentor the internal audit team to ensure high-quality audit execution.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies while designing anti-fraud controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors and management to follow up on corrective actions.
