Job summary

adidas is seeking a senior leader in Indonesia to drive sourcing excellence, ensuring quality, production efficiency, and adherence to SEA and adidas standards across multiple factories. The role emphasizes strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with factory leadership, lead key topics such as operator development and equipment investments, and coach teams to achieve best practice across the network with a focus on inclusive leadership and talent

Qualifications

University degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience including 4+ years across at least two functions.
3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

Make day-to-day and long-term impactful decisions on production topics including quality, ME, SEA, and adidas standards.
Build and manage relationships with senior factory management to establish high-performing factories.
Collaborate with General Managers and senior leaders on operator skills evaluation, training, and equipment investments.
Ensure consistent sharing and implementation of best practices across factories in key focus areas (quality, production, E&M).
