Job summary

adidas is seeking a Senior Sourcing Lead in Indonesia to drive development and commercialization for assigned product categories, ensuring fit, performance, and value while maintaining compliance with adidas standards.

You will coordinate with HQ, Creation Center, and Tier 1 factories, lead cross-functional teams, and influence product direction through strong leadership, English communication, and project management.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related areas.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience with technical capability and managerial experience.
• Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, materials processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and commercialization for assigned categories ensuring fit, comfort, design integrity, performance, value, manufacturability and quality.
• Oversee development between HQ/Creation Center and Tier 1 factory.
• Coordinate cross-functional sourcing teams to ensure product integrity and Create to Value.
• Manage relationships with factory leaders to upgrade sports category competence and technical capabilities.
• Demonstrate product and sports competence to influence category direction.
• Make decisions within defined scope; advise HQ/partners and drive change using adidas standards.
• Ensure sourcing complies with adidas policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and coach teams to uphold high performance and succession plans.
• Foster DEI culture in the workplace.
