Job summary

Serial seeks a Strategic Lead for Digital Operations to develop and execute an internal IT roadmap aligned with growth and the 2026 vision. You will identify pain points, drive value through automation, and advocate a technology-first approach across the organization.

You will oversee CRM, ERP (NetSuite), WMS/OMS, Shopify, Notion, AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, Looker, and Google Workspace, ensuring these platforms are well-configured, integrated, and effectively used to support business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5–10+ years in IT leadership or digital operations.
Proven track record in digital transformation or process improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an internal IT strategy and roadmap.
Oversee CRM, ERP, WMS/OMS, and other critical platforms to ensure optimal configuration and integration.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Lead data analytics efforts and build real-time dashboards for decision-making.
Build and mentor a Digital Operations team and manage vendor relationships.
Drive change management and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
