Qualifications

• Punya pengalaman sebagai front-line customer service di perbankan atau jasa keuangan.

• Mampu menggunakan sistem perbankan dan alat digital untuk layanan yang efisien.
• Dapat bekerja di lingkungan yang cepat dan mampu menyelesaikan beberapa tugas secara bersamaan.

Responsibilities

• Memberikan layanan pelanggan Treasures yang unggul, memenuhi kebutuhan finansial nasabah dengan tepat.
• Membantu nasabah dengan berbagai transaksi perbankan, manajemen rekening, transfer dana, dan layanan investasi.
• Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan nasabah dan menawarkan solusi finansial yang relevan.
• Memelihara catatan nasabah yang akurat dan mematuhi kebijakan serta regulasi.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk layanan yang terintegrasi.
• Selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan produk untuk memberikan informasi yang bernilai bagi nasabah.

Requirements

• Have experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
