Job summary

Adecco Portugal partners with a growing automotive retail group in Indonesia to hire a Digital Capability Manager who will lead roadmaps, enhancement, and implementation of key digital platforms.

You will bridge business and technology teams, shape product vision, translate business needs into technical requirements, and oversee end-to-end delivery from BRD to go-live, driving customer experience improvements and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage digital product roadmap, capabilities, and enhancements.
• Define product vision, features, and user requirements based on business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system specs.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from BRD to go-live and post-implementation review.
• Drive continuous improvement across digital platforms and processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for digital and technology initiatives.
