Avanade Indonesia seeks a Digital Advisory Lead to drive AI adoption and change management across Southeast Asia, collaborating with strategists, designers, and engineers to deliver human-centered AI experiences.

Lead discovery workshops, translate insights into requirements, and shape projects that touch patients, citizens, and customers at scale.

Applicants should have 8+ years in consulting, prefer banking/healthcare domains, and familiarity with M365 Copilot and the Microsoft tech stack.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting handling diversified industry projects.
• Experience with AI projects; knowledge of M365 Copilot is a plus.
• Fast learner who adds value and leaves a mark.
• Curiosity about how strategy, design, and tech collide.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to untangle complexity and tell a crisp story.
• Comfort with ambiguity: explore, test, and learn.
• Interest in digital experiences, GenAI, and disruption adaptation.
• Bonus: wireframing (Figma, Miro), process mapping, or research.

Responsabilidades

• Join project teams on real client challenges (AI for nurse handovers, smarter cities, future banking).
• Lead discovery and design workshops, map journeys, capture requirements, prototype wireframes.
• Translate ideas into structured insights: business requirements, user stories, processes flows.
• Explore Microsoft stack tools to enhance client solutions.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the big picture while detailing slides, user flows, or insights.
• Work on impactful Southeast Asia projects that touch citizens and customers at scale.
• Learn from senior strategists, designers, and AI innovators.
• Build a portfolio that bridges business and technology.
• Experience the energy of a startup with the backing of a global JV (Accenture + Microsoft).
