Avanade Indonesia seeks a Digital Advisory Lead to drive AI adoption and change management across Southeast Asia, collaborating with strategists, designers, and engineers to deliver human-centered AI experiences.

Lead discovery workshops, translate insights into requirements, and shape projects that touch patients, citizens, and customers at scale.

Applicants should have 8+ years in consulting, prefer banking/healthcare domains, and familiarity with M365 Copilot and the Microsoft tech stack.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting handling diversified industry projects.
• Experience with AI projects; knowledge of M365 Copilot is a plus.
• Fast learner who adds value and leaves a mark.
• Curiosity about how strategy, design, and tech collide.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to untangle complexity and tell a crisp story.
• Comfort with ambiguity: explore, test, and learn.
• Interest in digital experiences, GenAI, and disruption adaptation.
• Bonus: wireframing (Figma, Miro), process mapping, or research.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore M365 tools, data, and design thinking methods to supercharge client solutions.




• Collaborate with strategists, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders.




• Contribute to the “big picture” while sweating the details slides, user flows, or that one killer insight.




• Work on impactful projects in Southeast Asia not just “slides in the corner,” but initiatives that touch citizens, patients, and customers at scale.
