Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, website and other online channels.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve online marketing communication strategies.
• Partner with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of all online marketing plans.
• Execute marketing communications across all company online channels.
• Handle inquiries from new and existing clients on the Simas Jiwa website and explain insurance products.
• Follow up on prospective clients who submitted data and expressed interest in insurance products on the website.
• Generate daily routine reports as part of analyzing customer needs.
