Job summary

PT ALS Indonesia based in Bogor, West Java, is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer on a contract basis to grow our digital presence and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will develop and execute campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and content marketing, measure performance with analytics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure aligned messaging and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
• Experience creating engaging digital content and campaigns.
• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor-level degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and content platforms.
• Create, curate and optimise digital content including posts, blogs, newsletters, and multimedia assets.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Grow and manage social media presence, engage audiences, and build community.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for SEO and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
