Job summary

PT. Prima Sindo Investama is seeking a Digital Marketing & Marketing Support Staff to assist the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, managing social media content, and coordinating marketing materials.

You will oversee platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Qoupon, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood, ensuring menus and promotions are up to date and campaigns run smoothly. Collaboration with stores and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1 year minimum experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, E‑Commerce or similar role.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Qoupon and other platforms.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, social media management and digital advertising.
• Familiar with Canva or other basic design/editing tools.
• Good understanding of basic digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Strong communication and coordination with store teams, vendors and Marketing Manager.
• Detail‑oriented; regularly check menus, prices, hours, promotions across platforms.
• Proactive, organized, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle social media DMs, comments and inquiries when required.
• Support Grand Opening and store marketing activities with tools and promotions.
• Distribute marketing materials to stores (Lalamove deliveries).
• Handle marketing administration: purchase, printing, procurement requests.

Digital Marketing & Marketing Support Staff

Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional programs.

Manage the company's Instagram, TikTok, Qoupon, TikTok Shop/TikTok-related channels, and other digital platforms.

Create, prepare, upload, and manage social media content according to the content plan.

Coordinate design requests and ensure marketing materials are prepared according to the required specifications.

Coordinate and manage printing and production of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, stickers, banners, and other promotional materials.

Manage and monitor social media and merchant advertisements/ads.

Manage and maintain online merchant platforms, including GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Qoupon, and other relevant platforms.

Regularly check and update menu items, prices, operating hours, store information, promotions, and other details across online delivery platforms.

Monitor the performance of social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and online merchant platforms.

Handle and respond to social media DMs, comments, and customer inquiries when required.

Support the preparation and execution of Grand Opening and other store marketing activities, including marketing tools and promotional materials.

Coordinate the distribution and delivery of marketing materials and tools to stores, including arranging delivery through services such as Lalamove.

Handle marketing administration, including purchase requests, printing requests, procurement requests, and related documentation.

Coordinate with outlet teams regarding requests for marketing materials, promotional tools, and other marketing needs.

Source and procure various marketing supplies and materials, such as bottles, stickers, merchandise, and other promotional items.

Maintain records of marketing materials, requests, purchases, and distribution to stores.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, designers, and store teams to ensure marketing activities are executed properly and on schedule.

Prepare simple reports and recaps related to social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and online sales channels.

Perform other marketing and digital marketing duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a similar role.

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Qoupon, and other social media/digital platforms.

Familiar with GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, and other online merchant platforms.

Experience in content creation, copywriting, social media management, and digital advertising.

Familiar with Canva or other basic design/editing tools.

Good understanding of basic digital marketing and social media advertising.

Good communication and coordination skills, as the position will work closely with store teams, vendors, designers, and the Marketing Manager.

Detail-oriented and able to regularly check menus, prices, operating hours, promotions, and other platform information.

Proactive, organized, responsive, and able to multitask.

Able to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
