Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Strong proficiency with GA, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager.
• Excellent SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing knowledge.
• Track record of managing budgets and delivering results.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent English and Indonesian communication.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
• Preferred: experience in technology or software industry.

About the role

PT Agres Info Teknologi is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and drive our digital marketing initiatives across all channels. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role sits at the intersection of creative marketing and data-driven decision-making, making it strategically important to our organisation's digital transformation and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, content marketing and digital advertising
• Manage and oversee the company's digital presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all online platforms
• Plan, create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance monitoring
• Analyse digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, sales and product development to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars and digital content strategy to engage target audiences
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the digital landscape
• Optimise website performance and user experience to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement
• Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise return on investment

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and marketing automation software
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing best practices
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences
• Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation and customer journey mapping
• Preferred: Experience in the technology or software industry
