Job summary

Geulis is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and more to boost brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. You will test ad copy, target audiences, and visuals to maximize performance while managing budgets to control CPA.

Collaborating with content, design, and sales teams, you will ensure consistent messaging and insights-driven improvements, staying current with industry trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels and performance marketing.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GTM.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B advertising is a plus.

Job description

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to identify the most effective combinations and maximize campaign performance.

Manage and monitor advertising budgets efficiently to keep CPA (Cost per Acquisition) under control.

Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular weekly/monthly reports for relevant teams.

Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent and aligned with business objectives.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and provide relevant recommendations for new strategies.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of digital funnels, customer journeys, and performance marketing strategies.

Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience working with KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPL.

Strong advertising copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling copy tailored to target audiences.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Experience handling e-commerce or B2B advertising campaigns is a plus.
