Colgate-Palmolive Jakarta is launching a 24-month Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders in Customer Development, Retail Marketing, and eCommerce.

You will rotate across functions, work on Indonesia's high-growth eCommerce channels such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, and contribute to online sales growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• CGPA 3.2+ and above.
• Less than 18 months full-time working experience.
• Proven leadership roles in extracurriculars.
• Digital & commercial curiosity in FMCG and e-commerce.
• Agility and fast-learning mindset.

Responsabilités

• Plan and prioritize growth strategies for Indonesia marketplace accounts.
• Conduct weekly audits of sales metrics and consumer trends.
• Develop shopper activations and campaigns including TikTok launches.
• Support Joint Value Planning, account performance tracking, and promotional spend.
• Assist live commerce and creator strategies for social channels.
• Ensure budget tracking and provide monthly competitive intelligence.
