Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Develop marketing materials and assemble information packages for events, tours, and conferences.
• Prepare letters, invitations, press reports, and news releases using standard software.
• Update property website and respond to media inquiries.
• Support media relations and bolster the property's reputation in the community.
• Coordinate on-property media visits and manage reservations and requests.
• File and maintain press databases and clippings.
