• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour.
• Determine and give compliments to guests as gifts for patronage.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
• Follow all company policies; maintain confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests; address service needs; thank guests.
• Speak clearly; prepare and review documents; answer telephones with proper etiquette.
• Develop positive relationships; support team; listen to concerns.
