Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing including social media, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, KOL/influencer marketing, and content marketing.
• Able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Manage digital campaign projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, social media, ads, and production teams.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and provide strategic digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and campaign reports.
• Monitor campaign performance and handle client feedback professionally.
• Maintain client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
