Job summary

PT Biomedikal Scientific Indonesia is seeking a Product Specialist – Medical/Laboratory Equipment to support hospitals and government projects with diagnostic products. The role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication, and engagement with KOLs.

The candidate will travel beyond Jakarta to visit customers, prepare quotations, and assist sales with technical data, tenders, and product registrations, while maintaining excellent relationships with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Biochemistry/ Biology/ Microbiology/ Medical/Vet Medicine/ Pharmacy or other relevant fields.
• Experience as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, Technical Support, Sales/Product Support, or a similar position.
• Actively speaking English.
• Strong network within hospitals, healthcare providers, government institutions and distributor
• Understanding on molecular, immunology and blood bank product
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Familiar with quotation preparation, Purchase Orders (PO) and project documentation.
• Willing to do customer visit in any city and province outside Jakarta
• Have driving liscence (SIM A and/or SIM C)

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain product specifications, functions, features, benefits, and applications of medical and laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing to support the achievement of company targets.
• Accompany the Sales team on customer visits, product presentations, seminars, and promotional activities
• Prepare product data and technical specifications for quotations, tenders, e-Catalog, product registration, and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
• Maintaining and creating good relation with KOLs
