Responsibilities

• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes.
• Design and integrate microservices, ensuring seamless communication and fault tolerance.
• Manage container registries (e.g., Docker Hub, AWS ECR) and enforce best practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for automated testing, building, and deployment.
• Enable GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Version-control configurations with Git.
• Implement monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for observability.
• Enforce security best practices (RBAC, secrets management, network policies).
• Collaborate with QA and SRE teams to ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure and processes.
• Stay updated on DevOps trends and propose improvements.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage our Kubernetes infrastructure, containerized applications, and microservices architecture. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing deployment pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and driving automation to support scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-native solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Containerization & Microservices:

• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes.
• Design and integrate microservices, ensuring seamless communication and fault tolerance.
• Manage container registries (e.g., Docker Hub, AWS ECR) and enforce best practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for automated testing, building, and deployment.
• Enable GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Version-control configurations with Git.

Monitoring & Security:

• Implement monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for observability.
• Enforce security best practices (RBAC, secrets management, network policies).
• Partner with software engineers to optimize applications for Kubernetes.
• Work with QA and SRE teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure and processes.
• Stay updated on DevOps trends (e.g., service meshes, serverless) and propose improvements.
