Job summary

Nov Inc. membutuhkan Design Engineer untuk merancang peralatan tekanan, Vessel, STHE, dan tangki penyimpanan sesuai kode industri. Anda akan mengembangkan desain teknik, menghitung GA, dan menggambar GA untuk fabrikasi.

Posisi penuh waktu di Indonesia dengan kolaborasi lintas tim seperti proyek, produksi, dan kualitas. Pelamar dengan minimal 3 tahun pengalaman desain Pressure Vessel serta penguasaan PV Elite/Compress sangat diutamakan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana Teknik Mesin atau disiplin terkait.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman desain Pressure Vessel.
• Menguasai PV Elite dan/atau Compress.
• Mampu melakukan perhitungan teknik manual.
• Pengetahuan ASME Section VIII Div.1 & Div.2, ASME Section II, dan TEMA.
• Keterampilan analitis, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah.
• Pengetahuan FEA menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan desain untuk Pressure Vessels, STHE, dan Storage Tanks.
• Melakukan perhitungan desain dan membuat dokumentasi teknik.
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau gambar GA berdasarkan perhitungan desain.
• Menginterpretasikan datasheet klien, spesifikasi teknis, dan kode desain.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim proyek, produksi, dan kualitas untuk memenuhi persyaratan desain.
• Memastikan kepatuhan dengan ASME, TEMA, dan standar perusahaan.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis selama fabrikasi dan pelaksanaan proyek.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Design Engineer

Description

• Perform engineering design for Pressure Vessels, STHE, and Storage Tanks in accordance with applicable codes and client specifications.
• Prepare engineering calculations and General Arrangement (GA) drawings to support fabrication activities.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with project requirements, industry standards, and quality expectations.
• Support project execution by providing technical solutions and engineering assistance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs for Pressure Vessels, STHE, and Storage Tanks.
• Perform design calculations and prepare engineering documentation.
• Prepare and review General Arrangement (GA) drawings based on design calculations.
• Interpret client datasheets, technical specifications, and applicable design codes.
• Coordinate with Project, Production, and Quality teams to ensure design requirements are properly implemented.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, and company engineering standards.
• Provide technical support throughout fabrication and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pressure Vessel Design Engineering (fresh graduates with excellent academic records are also welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Pressure Vessel design software such as PV Elite and/or Compress.
• Able to perform manual engineering calculations.
• Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div.1 & Div.2, ASME Section II, TEMA, and relevant engineering practices.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) knowledge will be an advantage.
