Audy Dental Clinic seeks a proactive live chat agent to engage with potential patients in Indonesia. You will handle inquiries across online channels, provide clear information on treatments, pricing, and doctor schedules, and aim to convert chats into booked appointments.

Strong targets orientation helps you excel in this role. Two main outcomes are driving conversion and maintaining high response quality.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (D3) minimum.
• 1+ year of experience in Telesales, or Live Chat Handling (experience in Healthcare/Dental is a huge plus!).
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple live chat sessions simultaneously.
• Driven by targets, metrics, and KPI achievements.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsively and professionally handle inbound chats from potential patients across online channels.
