JW Marriott is seeking a kitchen team member to assist in food preparation and service. You will prepare ingredients, cook according to recipes, and ensure safety and quality throughout the shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. This is an on-site, full-time role at One Marriott Drive, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia, with opportunities to grow within Marriott International.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables, weigh and measure ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.
