PT. Ratu Oceania Raya is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the galley team aboard a cruise ship. The role involves preparing and executing dishes in the assigned station, ensuring quality and adherence to standard recipes, while maintaining hygiene and organization throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a culinary degree, has 2+ years in a 5-star hotel or cruise environment, and is proficient in English. Travel and seagoing requirements apply as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma from accredited culinary college or university. Ability to effectively read, write and speak English

Responsabilités

• Produce and execute dishes in assigned kitchen station according to daily menus and recipes.
• Ensure quality, quantity, presentation and adherence to standard recipes for all items served from the station.
• Maintain personal appearance and conduct in line with company standards.
• Ensure accurate working hours reporting and compliance with schedules.
• Check that items ordered from stores are received, stored properly, and used FIFO as required.
• Follow daily work plan and station menu to execute service.
• Follow USPH/SeaFood handling guidelines and keep station clean and maintained.
