Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Associate in Jakarta to forecast demand for Sozo Skin products, develop robust supply plans, and monitor inventory across channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production and external suppliers to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain issues.

The role requires a quantitative degree and 3+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Supply Chain/Analytics/Statistics/Economics).
• 3+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management (FMCG/beauty preferred).
• Proficient in advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
• Understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotions to forecast demand.
• Develop and implement supply plans considering lead times and capacity.
• Monitor inventory across channels and address stock-outs or overstocks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production and suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Track KPIs like forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Identify process improvements in demand and supply planning to cut costs.

Your Day-to-Day

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to generate accurate demand forecasts for Sozo Skin products.
• Develop and implement robust supply plans, considering lead times, production capacities, and inventory targets.
• Monitor inventory levels across various channels, identifying potential stock-outs or overstock situations and proposing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Production) and external suppliers to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain issues.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within demand and supply planning to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• +3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling
