The company seeks an operations-focused professional to manage delivery logistics, fleet, servicing, and reporting to optimize costs and service levels within its Tangerang Selatan operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in transportation/delivery, and a proactive, extroverted attitude. Location: South Tangerang, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage our drivers and internal fleet to minimize cost per delivery and ensure 24-hour delivery.
• Plan servicing schedule and staff duties to ensure vehicle servicing and repairs are completed successfully.
• Analyse, review and create efficient work processes to improve operational standards.
• Prepare statistical reports for management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, any field
• Back ground from big (more than 30 trucks) transport company, with knowledge in operations, comercial rates and indonesia regulation.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Transportation/Delivery (Manufacturig/FMCG)
• Young and energetic required, out going extrovert personality
• Work location in South Tangerang
