About the Role Our client, a prominent player in urban logistics and last-mile delivery services, is seeking a dynamic Delivery Fleet Manager to oversee their operations in Bogor, West Java. This role involves managing a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles, optimizing routes, ensuring driver performance, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to improve logistics workflows. This is a hybrid role, requiring significant on-site presence at the Bogor depot for supervision, while also allowing for remote strategic planning and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maximizing fleet uptime, minimizing costs, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers throughout the Bogor area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the delivery fleet in Bogor, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Oversee driver scheduling, performance monitoring, and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement efficient delivery routes and strategies to meet customer demands and reduce transit times.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
