Job summary

PT. Shantui Equipment Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales and Dealer Management professional to drive dealer performance, expand market coverage, and support our sales targets.

The role involves regular dealer visits, coordinating quotations, contracts, deliveries and payments, and providing market feedback to management. Strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and English proficiency are required; Mandarin is a plus, and owning a car is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Having a car is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Dealer Management, Key Account, or Business Development, preferably in the heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with dealers and customers.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel for business trips.
• Able to communicate in English. Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Preferably owns a car.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with dealers to support sales targets and business growth.
• Manage dealer performance and provide support to improve sales activities.
• Visit dealers regularly to monitor business development, market conditions, and customer opportunities.
• Assist dealers in developing new customers and expanding market coverage.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding quotations, sales contracts, unit deliveries, payment status, and other sales-related matters.
• Monitor dealer stock and provide sales updates and forecasts.
• Prepare sales reports, dealer performance reports, and market information.
• Follow up on dealer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Ensure dealers comply with the Company's sales policies and procedures.
