Detailed Job Description

As a Data Center Facility / Critical Facility Engineer at Elitez Group in Jakarta, you will take full ownership of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mission-critical data center infrastructure to guarantee uninterrupted uptime and high availability. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass monitoring and maintaining cooling systems, mechanical equipment, electrical distribution, fire protection systems, and ECMS/BMS (Environmental Control Monitoring System / Building Management System). You will review engineering drawings, lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents, manage incident response workflows, and execute Method of Procedures (MOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP). Working in a fast-paced critical facility environment requiring strong English communication skills, you will drive operational excellence and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of data center cooling systems, mechanical systems, and electrical power distribution.
• Proven proficiency with ECMS / BMS platforms and critical monitoring infrastructure.
• Ability to read, interpret, and navigate complex engineering drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Proven experience in root-cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and executing MOP / SOP / EOP protocols.
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is a MUST.
