Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Data Partnerships Manager for a full-time role with a global technology client. You will build and maintain strategic data partnerships to enhance the platform.

Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, managing partner relationships, and ensuring data governance compliance across data privacy standards. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams to align data partnerships with business and technical requirements and monitor KPIs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data partnerships, business development, or related field in tech or data infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience drafting and finalizing complex agreements.
• Deep understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV), and third-party data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, and onboard new data partners across industries.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including data-sharing terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams - engineering, legal, and product to align data partnerships with business and technical requirements.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, reporting on KPIs such as data volume, quality, and revenue impact.
• Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory and ethical standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal data policies.
