Job summary

The role involves managing company data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and performing data entry, validation, and basic cleaning tasks.

You will work with large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets, navigate PostgreSQL databases, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet data requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Google Workspace) and basic CRM usage.
• Ability to efficiently manage large amounts of data.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate and understand database systems such as PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain company data within internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in the database.
• Perform data entry, data validation, and basic data cleaning tasks.
• Process and organize large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Navigate and support database management (including PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill data-related needs.
• Assist with administrative documentation related to data management.
