Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of data analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of credit data systems; familiarity with Indonesian credit data like SLIK is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis; Python and reporting tools are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.

Role Overview

As a Data Management Engineer ,you will investigate, analyze, and resolve credit data issues and disputes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing data from databases and other sources, monitoring dispute resolution within SLA, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, data contributors, and regulatory bodies such as OJK. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure timely and accurate data resolution.

Job Description

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or the financial industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit data systems; familiarity with SLIK is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis; knowledge of programming (e.g., Python) and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
