Job summary

Grab is seeking a Data Intelligence Specialist to analyze data, build dashboards, and drive strategic initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform Go-To-Market programs and sales optimization.

This on-site role reports to the Manager in the Data Intelligence team. The candidate will manage data from multiple sources, create dashboards, monitor sales performance, and deliver regular insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of data analysis or BI experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for dashboards.
• Experience with Python or R is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data management and dashboard creation from multiple sources to monitor churn, sales performance, and market trends.
• Analyze sales and market data to provide actionable insights for GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Business Growth to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

As a Data Intelligence Specialist, you will analyze data to drive strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and boost operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will build and deliver dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to inform key business decisions. We seek a detail-oriented analyst who excels at translating complex data into effective strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Data Management & Dashboard Creation: Gather and organize data from multiple sources to build dashboards for churn monitoring, sales performance tracking, and market analysis.
• Insights: Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that inform Go-To-Market strategies and sales programs.
• Collaboration: Work with Business Growth Analysts, Sales Leads, and Key Account Managers to provide data-driven solutions and address on-ground challenges.
• Monitor and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, campaign outcomes, and operational metrics, delivering regular reports to stakeholders for alignment and improvement.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, CS) with 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Experience in tech or sales operations is an added value.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for building dashboards. Experience with Python or R is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to obtain actionable insights, and opportunities from complex datasets.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Business Growth) and present strategic recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure high levels of accuracy in all reports and analyses.
