Job summary

Arethia is seeking a Sales Admin & Data Analyst to support sales operations, manage documentation, and keep critical data accurate. You will work closely with sales, finance, and logistics to ensure orders move smoothly and forecasts improve.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least five years in sales administration or data analytics, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. English proficiency is essential for cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and Power Query.
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems and supporting order fulfillment workflows.
• Business-level English communication (C-1).

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Operations to help the sales team focus on customers.
• Manage Sales Documents: quotations, contracts, and sales orders with high accuracy.
• Maintain Customer Data: update CRM/ERP records.
• Analyze Sales Performance: compile and evaluate data for trends and insights.
• Deliver Reporting Insights: create regular sales reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate Order Fulfillment with supply chain, planning, production, and warehouse.
• Improve Forecasting Efficiency by supporting demand forecasting and quotation-to-order analysis.
