Job summary

Dwigrahamedical is seeking a Data Analyst Officer to join an analytical, data-driven team. The role collaborates across all functions to collect, clean, and analyze data, and to develop dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, internship in data analysis or BI, and a portfolio of projects. Proficiency in Excel and BI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Internship experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Portfolio of data analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from internal and external sources completely and accurately.
• Clean, standardize, and prepare data for analysis.
• Analyze sales, distribution, and sales activity data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of events.
• Create dashboards, charts, and routine reports (weekly and monthly) for management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide concrete, actionable, data-driven business recommendations.
• Actively collaborate with various departments to ensure data is relevant and valid.
• Serve as a bridge between data and business operational needs.
