Job summary

GrabElectric, part of Grab, seeks a Partner Acquisition & Partner Engagement Associate in Indonesia. You will bridge between our organization, internal teams, and external partners, empowering a diverse team and applying data-driven methods to boost productivity and design incentive programs.

Reporting to the Manager and based at the Cakung Pool, you will coordinate with Operations and Marketing, align strategies, and keep management informed through clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, or related fields in automotive or delivery services.
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English for daily conversation.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Distribute sales leads to the Sales Acquisition Team under you.
• Conduct sales activities to obtain lead data from channels such as social media or referrals.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to hit targets.
• Bridge between driver partners and management to improve service.
• Coordinate with internal, external, and government parties for events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with B2B partners to fulfill driver supply.
