Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Data Cruncher & Inventory Demand Forecaster to turn operational, maintenance, warehouse, and procurement data into actionable inventory insights across mining and heavy equipment operations.

You will develop models to forecast demand for spare parts, consumables, fuel, and other critical materials, and work with procurement, warehouse, and maintenance teams to align forecasts with equipment schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Inventory Planning, Demand Forecasting, or related analytics.
• Experience with mining, heavy equipment, or asset-intensive supply chains.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methods and material planning processes.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sites and warehouses.
• Develop inventory forecasting models for spare parts, consumables, fuel, and materials.
• Monitor stock movements and EOQ, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Create dashboards and reports to support management decisions.
