Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Data Cruncher & Inventory Demand Forecaster for a Jakarta Selatan-based role. You will develop predictive inventory models, forecasting frameworks, and operational analytics to optimize supply chain across multiple subsidiaries.

You will collaborate with operations, procurement, warehousing, and management teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and present insights to executives. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years in Demand/Inventory planning or analytics.
• Experience in asset-intensive sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large operational datasets from multiple sites.
• Develop demand forecasting models for inventory categories.
• Monitor stock, lead times, EOQ, and safety stock levels.
• Design dashboards and reports for visibility into inventory health.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Support MRP processes and forecast-driven procurement decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
