• Proficiency with CRM software and customer engagement platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of customers remotely.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
