Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an experienced Storage/Infrastructure Engineer to manage data center storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS/backup). You will install, configure, and monitor storage arrays from HPE, Dell EMC, or NetApp, handle Level 2 incidents, and ensure data availability and performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in data center storage, knowledge of SAN/NAS concepts, and experience with FC/iSCSI, LUN masking, and replication. Based in Jakarta, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics/Engineering/related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Storage/Infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Knowledge or experience in at least one of: HPE 3PAR, Dell EMC, or NetApp.
• Familiarity with storage concepts: SAN, NAS, RAID, LUN masking, zoning, thin provisioning, snapshots, replication.
• Understanding of FC and iSCSI, and NFS/SMB protocols.
• Ability to independently perform Level 2 troubleshooting and read logs/performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain storage arrays (HPE 3PAR/Primera, Dell EMC VNX/Unity/PowerStore/VMAX/PowerMax, or NetApp ONTAP platforms).
• Provision storage: volumes/LUNs, pools/aggregates, masking, and host mappings per app/server needs.
• Manage capacity, thin provisioning, tiering, deduplication, and capacity planning.
• Perform firmware/ONTAP upgrades and patching per change control.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAN fabric (FC, iSCSI) and NAS services (NFS/SMB/CIFS).
• Set up multipathing on Windows/Linux/VMware; troubleshoot connectivity (HBA, SFP, cables).
• Configure and monitor replication (SnapMirror, SRDF, RecoverPoint, etc.) and backups; support DR drills.
• Prepare incident reports and escalate to vendor/L3 when needed; maintain runbooks and diagrams.
