White Glove Hiring mencari profesional IT dengan pengalaman L2 untuk mengelola operasional Server, Storage, dan HCI di lingkungan perusahaan. Peran ini melibatkan provision VM, manajemen datastore, serta pengawasan kinerja infrastruktur untuk memastikan stabilitas layanan.

Posisi ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta Pusat dengan fokus pada pemantauan berkelanjutan, respons insiden sesuai SLA, dan koordinasi lintas tim untuk perbaikan yang cepat serta dokumentasi perubahan dan asset infrastruktur.

Qualifications

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai L2 pada Server, Virtualization, Storage, atau HCI di lingkungan perusahaan.
• Pengalaman operasional dalam platform virtualisasi (VM, host, cluster, datastore) serta troubleshooting kinerja dasar.
• Pengalaman monitoring lingkungan HCI, operasi cluster/node, dan penanganan masalah dasar.
• Memiliki pemahaman kuat tentang monitoring, penanganan insiden, kepatuhan SLA, dan dokumentasi infrastruktur.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola operasi harian infrastruktur Server, Storage, dan HCI termasuk pemeriksaan kesehatan, pemantauan, kapasitas, alert, dan housekeeping.
• Melakukan L2 troubleshooting untuk insiden seperti host down, datastore issue, latency storage, performa VM, peringatan cluster, dan fault hardware sesuai SLA.
• Menangani aktivitas virtualisasi dan HCI meliputi provisioning VM, snapshot, manajemen datastore/storage, alokasi sumber daya (CPU/RAM), pemantauan cluster, dan eksekusi runbook.
• Mendukung operasi storage dan server termasuk provisioning volume/LUN, pemantauan kinerja, RMA hardware, pembaruan firmware, dan manajemen lifecycle.
• Menjalankan perubahan rutin, RCA dasar untuk insiden berulang, koordinasi lintas fungsi (aplikasi, database, jaringan, keamanan), menangani konfigurasi switching dasar, serta pemeliharaan dokumentasi.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage daily operations of Server, Storage, and HCI infrastructure including health checks, monitoring, capacity management, alert handling, and housekeeping.

• Perform L2 troubleshooting for incidents such as host down, datastore issues, storage latency, VM performance degradation, cluster warnings, and hardware faults, ensuring recovery within SLA.

• Handle virtualization and HCI activities including VM provisioning, snapshot management, datastore/storage administration, resource allocation (CPU/RAM), cluster monitoring, and runbook execution.

• Support storage and server operations including volume/LUN provisioning, performance and capacity monitoring, hardware replacement coordination (RMA), firmware updates, and lifecycle management.

• Execute routine changes, basic RCA for recurring incidents, coordinate with cross‑functional teams (application, database, network, security), handle basic switching configuration, and maintain proper documentation.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as L2 in Server, Virtualization, Storage, or HCI within an enterprise environment.

Hands‑on experience in virtualization platform operations (VM, host, cluster, datastore management, and basic performance troubleshooting).

Experience in HCI environment monitoring, cluster/node operations, and basic issue handling.

Experience managing enterprise‑grade servers and storage systems.

Strong understanding of monitoring, incident handling, SLA compliance, and infrastructure documentation practices.
