Job summary

Accesstech Engineering in Indonesia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost management for data center construction projects. The role includes preparing cost estimates, BoQ, tender documentation, and ensuring cost control throughout project stages.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering with 3–5 years of QS/Cost Engineer experience, preferably in data centers. Strong contracts knowledge, Excel, AutoCAD, and bilingual English/Bahasa abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer on construction projects.
• Data center project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and negotiation.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, BoQ, and tender documentation for data center construction projects.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct cost control and financial reporting throughout all project stages.
• Manage and monitor variations, change orders, and progress claims.
• Support contract negotiation, procurement, and tender evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and procurement teams for cost-effective execution.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress, quantities, and contractual compliance.
• Prepare monthly valuations, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Assist in resolving contractual and commercial disputes.
• Ensure all cost and commercial documentation complies with company standards.
