Job summary

Artelia Indonesia seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a confidential Data Center Construction Project in Indonesia. You will manage project costs, contracts, and commercial reporting from pre-construction through completion, working with Client, PM, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial management on construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a QS or commercial role on large-scale projects.
• Experience in Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, or Commercial Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, cost control and reporting.
• Experience with contract administration, variation management and claims assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Review contractor submissions and validate variations and payments.
• Assist in contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Develop cost forecasts, cash flow projections and cost databases.
• Provide accurate cost information for reporting and decision-making.
