The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT, has 7-10 years of experience in data centre management, and possesses strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data centre operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems.
• Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, or similar are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple data centres, ensuring 100% uptime.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
