Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will provide preventive maintenance, diagnostic repairs, and support energy management across building systems.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will work within CBRE procedures, lead by example, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Proficient in diagnosing standard problems.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information and check for understanding.
